1. Why choose IBB Cyclery?
We love bikes. We love riding them, talking about them, working on them, and helping other people enjoy them.
At IBB, we take the time to get to know you, how you ride, and what you want out of your bike. Maybe you're chasing podiums and marginal gains. Maybe you're getting ready for your first big ride. Maybe you just want a great bike that puts a smile on your face every time you throw a leg over it. We're here for all of it.
Our team brings decades of experience in cycling, racing, coaching, bike fitting, custom builds, and service. We carry quality bike brands and products we believe in, and we're big on education. We'll explain your options, answer your questions, and help you make the choice that's right for the way you ride.
We want every visit to IBB to feel personal, relaxed, and worth your time.
And really, there's no reason to cross Bluff Street when you've got a great bike shop right here in the neighborhood.
2. I have had a fit before, why should I get one with IBB?
Because a good bike fit isn't just about numbers. It's about the rider.
Before we start moving saddles or swapping stems, we want to understand you. What kind of riding do you do? What do you love about your current setup? What bothers you? Are you looking for more comfort, more power, better handling, or just trying to make those long days on the bike feel a little better?
Our fitting experience comes from decades of riding, racing, coaching, professional certifications, custom builds, and working with all kinds of cyclists.
You don't have to be an elite athlete to benefit from a great fit. If you spend time on your bike, you should be comfortable, confident, and happy on it.
And if you are chasing every last watt? Yeah, we can geek out on that too.
3. Do you do group rides?
Absolutely.
Some of the best parts of cycling happen when you're riding with other people. We host and participate in group rides, clinics, events, and other opportunities to get outside and ride.
Our rides and events change throughout the year based on the season, weather, and what's happening in Southern Utah, so check our calendar and Strava for the latest.
Don't worry about whether you're "serious enough" to ride with a bike shop. We're serious about bikes, but cycling is supposed to be fun. Come ride.
If we can't be out riding our bikes, the next best thing is helping you get out on yours.
4. Why should I have IBB service my bike?
Because we've got a seriously experienced service department—and we care about the details.
Our team has decades of combined experience working on bikes, building bikes, racing bikes, fitting riders, and solving those weird little problems that can drive you crazy.
We work on all makes and models, whether you bought your bike from us or somewhere else. From a quick adjustment or regular tune-up to suspension service, upgrades, troubleshooting, and complete custom builds, we'll take the time to understand what's going on and talk you through what your bike actually needs.
That's a big part of how we do things at IBB. We don't just want to fix your bike. We want you to understand it better, too.
Whether it's your $15,000 dream build or the bike you ride around the neighborhood every Saturday morning, if you love your bike, we'll treat it like it matters.
5. Why do you call your rental fleet a "demo" fleet?
Because they're bikes we'd actually want to ride.
Our demo fleet isn't a row of beat-up rental bikes. It's made up of quality bikes that give you a chance to experience what a great bike can actually feel like out where it belongs—on the road or trail.
Visiting Southern Utah? We'll help get you on a bike that makes your trip even better.
Shopping for your next bike? A demo gives you something a parking-lot spin never will: real time on the bike. You can see how it climbs, descends, handles, fits, and feels on the terrain you actually ride.
We'll talk with you about where you're riding and what you're looking for, then help get you on the right bike and set it up properly.
Then go ride it. That's the fun part.
6. Do you do trade ins?
Yep.
If you've got a bike you're ready to move on from, bring it in. We'll take a look at the bike, its condition, components, age, and other factors and talk through your options.
More importantly, we'll spend some time figuring out what you want from your next bike.
Maybe your riding has changed. Maybe you're ready for more travel, less travel, more pavement, more dirt, a little electric assistance, or something lighter and faster. Or maybe you've just been staring at that new bike long enough and it's finally time.
We carry quality bikes across a range of riding styles, and our job isn't to push you toward whatever happens to be sitting on the floor. It's to help you find the bike that makes sense for you.
